1) Shipping Locations

SAPTRON currently ships to all serviceable PIN codes across India. Delivery availability depends on courier partner coverage for your location.

2) Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday).

  • Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During high-sale periods or festivals, processing may take slightly longer.

3) Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other Cities/Towns: 3–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to weather, courier delays, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4) Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: 

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.

5) Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link / tracking ID via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
You can also track your order by contacting our support team.

6) Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt delivery 2–3 times. If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the order may be returned to origin. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

7) Address & Contact Details

Please ensure your shipping address, PIN code, and phone number are correct at the time of checkout.
SAPTRON is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect/incomplete address details provided by the customer.

8) Shipping for Large/Heavy Items

Some items (like heavy electrical products) may require special handling and could take longer to deliver. Delivery may be doorstep delivery (installation not included unless mentioned).

9) Damaged or Tampered Package

If you receive a package that is damaged, opened, or tampered, please:

  • Do not accept the delivery (if possible), OR

  • Record an unboxing video and take photos,

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

10) Non-Delivery / Delay

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeline, please contact support with your Order ID. We will coordinate with the courier and update you.
